William has been involved in football for well over a decade, starting his career as agent unearthing young Scottish talent to play in England. That sparked his passion for identifying and nurturing young footballers and led to switching his focus to recruitment and analysis, since then William has worked for clubs across the UK, Europe and Australia. Most recently, he has been the first team technical scout at Motherwell.

William is a certified Football Tactical Analyst with Barca Innovation Hub and Individual Player Development analyst with APFA. He also has Talent ID qualifications with Scottish FA & the FA.

Now, he is bringing that passion and experience to Trutactics.
